![]() ![]() We tried using the Activities in Connectwise Manage for this this will give a conflict when we try to asign tickets because the activity deducts from the available time. Excel is clunky and really not flexible for this kind of task. ![]() What we are looking for is a way to see in Connectwise when each resource is available for what kind of task. We do this because we want to have a "fixed" ammount of available hours for managed services and projects each week. The resource availability planning is made one week in advance in Excel right now. The dispatcher needs to know which engineer is available on projects or managed services each day. The engineer's workload is determined by the dispatcher. Managed services support (managing service tickets).Our company is looking for a way to plan resources according to what they have to work on in Connctwise Manage. ![]()
